Does anyone else have kids that are obsessed with dipping food? My kids will eat anything, as long as they can dip it.

While usually I am annoyed that I have to give them a pile of ketchup or BBQ sauce with every meal, I don’t mind when it comes to eating these Cheesy Cauliflower Dippers.

It’s in the name, right? They are made for dipping!

I have to be honest, as much as I’d love to say my kids always eat their veggies, one is not the biggest fan. It’s always a struggle to get him to eat any type of vegetable.

However, he loves these crispy, savory Cheesy Cauliflower Dippers. They are tasty and a delicious way to sneak in some healthy cauliflower into your family’s diet.

Start by adding 1 head of cauliflower to a food processor. Pulse until you have a crumbly texture.

Next, combine the cauliflower with 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup of finely shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 egg and a dash of salt & pepper. Mix well.

Spread mixture onto a prepared baking sheet (I line mine with parchment paper). Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 45 minutes.

These homemade Cheesy Cauliflower Dippers are a great snack or side option. Serve with marinara, ketchup, hot sauce or just on their own.

Cheesy Cauliflower Dippers

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt/pepper
