Cucumber & Ham Wrap with Creamy Ranch Spread
Whether you are sending your kids to school this fall or not, you still need to have some easy lunch recipes ready to go. This Cucumber & Ham Wrap with Creamy Ranch Spread is a delicious, nutritious lunch for your kids and super simple to throw together in a hurry.
Wraps are my kids favorite! From vegetarian to ham, turkey and more, there’s always something new and exciting to create. You can make them ahead of time, eat pretty much wherever you want and don’t need utensils.
There is honestly NOTHING negative I can say about wraps!
To create this wrap, let first talk about the super easy creamy ranch spread. All you need is 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp of ranch seasoning. Mix it together and that’s it.
You can use the spread on anything! We sometimes use it as a dip for chips and vegetables. The kids love it!
When you are ready to make the wraps, spoon a small amount of the ranch spread on a tortilla. Feel free to use flour, gluten free, spinach or whatever your heart desires. Next, add 3 slices of ham lunchmeat and a preferred amount of chopped cucumbers. Roll it up and enjoy!
Like I said before, wraps are the perfect lunch to throw together in a hurry.
