I love to test out new versions of salsa. But this one is my new favorite! It is a perfect alternative to the same old, tomato-based salsa everyone is familiar with.

It has tons of bright flavors and a nice little kick from the fresh jalapenos.

It reminds me of a fresh pico de gallo, that can be enjoyed however you wish!

What do I need for Fresh Corn Salsa:

  • 2 15 oz can of whole corn kernels 
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 fresh jalapenos
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Dash of salt & pepper

How Do I Make Fresh Corn Salsa?

  1. Drain liquid from the cans of corn.
  2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, cilantro and jalapenos.
  3. Place the chopped ingredients into a large bowl.
  4. Add lime juice, chili powder, salt & pepper.
  5. Mix all ingredients well.
  6. Enjoy!

Fresh Corn Salsa

Ingredients
