What ingredients do I need?

  • Butter – softened
  • Brown sugar
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Eggs
  • Gluten free flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Gluten free oats
  • Rice “crispy” cereal
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips

**Kellogg’s Rice Krispies are made with malt syrup, derived from barley, which is a gluten-containing grain. So they are NOT considered gluten free. There are other brands that create “rice crispy” type of cereal that you can use instead.

How do I make {Gluten Free} Chocolate Chip Rice Crispy Cookies?

This recipe is very simple to make! I am not a baker by trade, so if I can make them…I know you can, too!

Step 1 – Mix together sugars and butter.

Step 2– Add vanilla, eggs, gluten free flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.

Step 3– Stir in gluten free oats, rice “crispy” cereal, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
