Meal of the Week: Italian Feast
Do you love to cook but not sure what recipes pair well with each other? Don’t worry, I have your back.
For your convenience, I have started a new post series called my Meal of the Week! Each post will included a complete meal that is assembled with recipes from The Healthy Home Cook. Every week will be different….It may be breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will have to check back to see what comes next!
For the main dish, you have my easy recipe for Turkey Marsala Meatballs. It is a deliciously light version everyone will love. Made without breading or a heavy cream based sauce and perfectly portioned for healthy eating.
If you are bored with the same old garden salad, try this Grilled Romaine Salad as a side dish for you next family meal. No specific measurements or detailed cooking instructions needed. That’s why I love this recipe. It is simple, has few ingredients and doesn’t require you to be a expert chef in the kitchen or on the grill.
Good recipes don’t have to be complicated!
Another side option for your Italian meal is my Grilled Caprese.
The grill marks and smoky flavor add such a great taste to the tomatoes and make them much more tender. Once you add the mozzarella to the warm tomatoes, the cheese slowly begins to melt, creating an amazingly smooth creamy texture.
Take the questioning out of meal planning. Keep a look out for more of my Meal of the Week posts coming soon!
