What ingredients do I need?

Like I said before, this recipe is cheap and easy! There is no need to buy store bought dips when you can make a HUGE batch at home for a fraction of the price.

  • Broccoli
  • Avocados
  • Limes or Lime Juice
  • Fresh jalapenos
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt/ Pepper

How do you use Spicy Broccomole?

There are many different ways you could use this recipe, in addition to the usual dip for chips.

  • Spread it on your morning toast and bump up your usual “avocado toast” to something new and exciting.
  • Warm it up and use it as a pasta sauce.
  • Spread some dollops on a fresh garden salad.
  • You can also make a batch without jalapenos and keep it in the fridge for your kids. I like to cut some veggies and put some of this out on the table for mine, and they willingly devour their veggies.

How do you make Spicy Broccomole?

Step 1: Start by roughly chopping the broccoli and steaming it until tender. (I used a microwaveable steamer).

Step 2: Place the broccoli in a food processor and pulse until it is broken down.

Step 3: Add the avocados and pulse until you have a smooth texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 fresh jalapeno
  • dash of salt & pepper

Instructions
